Well, it’s official – break out your calendars, because we now have our own ‘holiday’!
No, you probably won’t get any days off from work, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t still celebrate. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Augusta and Lake Oconee is proud to announce that October has officially been named “National Outdoor Lighting Month”!
Why an outdoor lighting month? Our goal is to raise consumer awareness about the important products and services we offer. People spend lots of money on their homes each year, and we believe that outdoor lighting is one of the best investments you can make. Whether it be increasing security, extending living space, or enhancing the beauty of your home or office, these are just a few of the dividends that come from an investment of outdoor lighting. Best of all, an investment in outdoor lighting keeps paying dividends night after night, month after month, year after year.
Why October? Think about it – October is the ideal time of year to raise consumer awareness about outdoor lighting – the days are getting shorter, evening comes sooner, its still warm enough to enjoy evenings outdoors, festive entertaining opportunities abound, and some people have even started to think about holiday lighting. In these ways and more, October is a month that lets our lights shine.
If you are still on the fence about purchasing outdoor lighting, or just want a visual example of what outdoor lighting could do for your home, business or special event, check out this incredible National Outdoor Lighting Month website to see what you’ve been missing.
